Our knowledge of the science of human error gives us a unique cutting-edge perspective. We also teach investigators how to apply the science of human error to their root cause analyses.

Our Distraction, Affect and Attention Assessment is a customizable survey tool for frontline workers, designed to identify distractions and assess attentional performance. We also provide Individual Cognitive Assessments for frontline workers to identify their cognitive abilities.
Attention Training & Coaching
Our attention training programs are designed to optimize the attention performance of frontline workers to reduce attention-related incidents and accidents in safety critical settings. We also provide a train-the-trainer program and ongoing coaching to maintain attention performance at peak levels.
